After building all the flavors of this chicken soup up from scratch… I realized I was out of #glutenfree noodles AND eggs means no homemade gf noodles

So— made these lil quick dumplings the chicken fat left from the braise this morning. Dumplings added a comforting aspect that I wasn’t planning!! ☺️
