Pretty happy with my weight at the moment. Sure, i eish i could get as big as some of you guys but unfortunately, my back and knees say otherwise.

So, these are all examples of amethyst.
1) this piece is amethyst crystal which is appropriate for display/house use as well it's appropriate for jewellery once it's faceted
2) Bed amethyst is more for display and spiritual use
3) banded amethyst is the appropriate for either

It's "safe" because the piece i have is crystaline not fiberous. I also didnt inhale it which is where it can cause issues with the lining of the lung.
Would i ever say for someone to lick mineral asbestos? No. But i did it when i was a kid and didnt know better.

Im gonna get this mess of a beard properly seen to and shaped cause it's pretty damn unhealthy with how often i have bleached it, but. I have never had it shaped before so i have no idea what would suit my face.
Any suggestions?

Mr Norman is feeling a bit better today but is still feisty as hell.
He is gonna take some work to get back to being a happy cat but I will persevere.
He does not like his photo being taken, he greatly objects to it.
