I don't think so. They look too short and ragged. Assuming they used clippers. I had Roxie's done once at a groomer, and they used a grinder. Made them smooth and round. I hope he's not uncomfortable. May need to get an Emory board and smooth them out.

Depends on how close I was to really making a move. Don't give up on your dream of moving. Maybe split the difference; maybe a smaller garden and some yard prep at the same time
