I loved that ending. Cassian's looming fate cast an emotional shadow over the entire series (part of what made it different and great) but the revelation that part of him would live on was surprisingly emotionally powerful - brought me to tears.

I don't think it was just the ads, it was the entire anti-trans messaging campaign. It permeated. Every argument or complaint I heard were nearly identical regurgitations of Fox News or White House talking points. Every single time.

I live in a very conservative area, and in 100% of my conversations with conservative colleagues and friends, the trans issue was the first thing any of them talked about. Complete hive-mind. The ads absolutely helped Trump
