Why is the Trump Admin doing all this? If they lower the fed gov's expenses by destroying Fed depts and reducing employees and payroll. So, that when R's give the wealthy and huge corps a massive tax cut, it won't explode the debt.

Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and
offer them to small to medium size businesses.
Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations .
