This kind of confuses me.
Does it mean that we can't post like, Yo-Kai horrorbrews for example, since it is from another culture, or does it only apply to certain subjects ?

All this talk about Lord Mortis being a survivor made me think about Bandado as an executioner.
I think that some sort of trap-based gameplay would fit him, with a charge to eventually catch up to survivors.
