Idk just seems harder to work up the courage, I always feel like I am disturbing someone's peace when I know internally I love to get random compliments and want to return that kindness to others. But anyway yeah would highly recommend people check the podcast out :)

Idk if anyone experienced this, but I consider myself pretty outgoing, and while I feel like I maintained really good social connections and conversational abilities with friends. I REALLY struggle when talking to strangers now. I get in my head about complimenting people.
