Why would he need the church? He constantly sends out requests for donations to his fans. They have given him millions, and I don't mean just political donations... they send him their money to him personally. There's a reason why his religious counsel was all televangelists in his first term.

There is nothing for you to disagree with. What I stated wasn't opinion it was fact. You not liking it doesn't change whether what I said is true or not. Attaching a stigma to the phrase is just sticking up for the workplace that didn't support their employees. Happy employees don't jump ship.

Picking up underappreciated but talented employees from another employer is indeed called "Poaching" in many industries. It's even the name of an employment service, Poached.
