The Bolar blade is perfect for shredding. The pork crackle needed a final flourish in the air fryer but came out with a fine texture and a great crumble between the teeth, like a potato chip. I’m stuffed.

Aw damn these sausages, I’ve never had a better cooked sausage than this. The skin is pure crunch and still perfectly juicy inside.
