Dude at the gym stood in front of me, not saying a word, and watched me do my sets. Felt kinda creepy 😬. Not the first time this had happened at this gym. Is that standard protocol now?

Hey! Sorry for the lack of content. A lot's been going on. 😮💨 Also, I switched gyms. New gym has lots of great equipment and clientele with serious muscle mass. It's very motivating. However, it's also super busy! So I haven't been able to take any gym pics. Here's a bathroom flex instead 💪🏽
