Physio now to decompress my spine in hopes to relieve the pain with no improvements yet. Get discouraging and depressing at times, I’m a mechanic for 15+ years and I can’t use my hands. Thx goodness I swapped to service writing last year. Not fun times.

So back to the doctor I went. X rays of my upper spine to find my C5 and C6 vertebras are degenerated and pinching my spinal cord and the nerves that affect the wrists. Some days my wrists/hands are completely useless. I don’t sleep now due to excessive pain and nerve pain. Doing physio now again

Health issues are no fun. I myself have been dealing with some for about 4+ months now. I started getting pain in my left wrist and it did not get better. Back and forth with the doctor they blamed it on a torn tendon, so I went to physio. After no improvement and pain now in my right wrist. No good
