Took a few days off work to do some minor bathroom renovation. My inner perfectionist is seeing all the flaws, but overall I'm pleased with how it's coming together.

A longtime friend of mine (30+ years) recently posted this on FB. Personally, I wish I could go to Scotland or Norway and be like, "Look, clearly my ancestors made a mistake. Can I just live here from now on?" Sadly, not that simple.

Saw "Ride the Cyclone" this weekend at Albany Civic Theater. It was a delightfully macabre and humorous show. The set blew me away.

Apparently, you can't tell Nazis to kill themselves on Meta. Wish I could say I was surprised 🤷‍♂️

Saw a local production of "It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play". Was like sitting in the audience of a radio recording in the 1940s, complete with Foley table and sponsor recognition. Each actor was playing a character of the time period, making it almost like a play within a play. Lots of fun!

Amusing "typo" from the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Co-author Hugo Ziemann is listed as "White House fight attendant" in the description. One small problem, this book was originally published nearly 15 years before the Wright Bros. first took flight. Steward, he was a White House steward.
