Awww, mist ey. Aber uff, ja das kenn ich. Momentan gehts bei mir eigentlich, aber auch nur, weil ich mal was anderes mache als sonst. Also ich zeichne halt in nem anderen Stil bzw mach ja auch Videos und so, was schon sehr anners is als sonst. Das hat geholfen.

Oh yeah, the same happened to me with popcorn :( Oh, that's too bad with the chocolate! Well, binging a whole bar would also be problematic lol Do you mean the spicy peppers or the uhhh regular ones? I love the regular ones, I can't eat spicy food unfortunately :(

Yeah, I'm over 30 but I still have to take benzos to go to the dentist and wear headphones with loud music lol But it's better than before, when I didn't leave the house so I guess it's an improvement xD

Oh no I'm so sorry this happened to you :( I also suffer from severe anxiety and have a phobia of dentists lol so I guess I can kinda relate. I hope you can at least calm down a bit when you're back home :( Sending hugs!
