They're pretty comfortable! The fabric is nice and soft. They do stretch a bit after wearing for a while so definitely something that you need to adjust tapes on, at least in my experience. if I'm wearing a PDT it's almost always to bed and I never have any issues with discomfort in the night. 😊

Medium PTD is about the same as a Small Megamax in my experience, so order a size up from what your used to with Megamax and you should be good!

Little Pawz used to be my daily wear for work, but the last batch I got couldn't even get me through and 8 hour day. Same with peeks. Tinytails are the only ones with quality capacity but the tapes/cut have been incredibly inconsistent. It's sad, I loved ABU.
