It's crazy how I've turned my bedroom into a loud ass wind tunnel and my sleep is still interrupted every morning by my neighbors' barking dogs. We've changed our whole sleep schedule to try and match our neighbors and I'm still waking up with a racing heartbeat 2 hours before I should be up at all.

It's crazy how conservatives in the US cry "woke" when people point out anything from social disparity to actual genocide. Like yeah, being aware of the bullshit is woke. That's a good thing, you know, unless you're the one commiting genocide.

I had to switch to state insurance a couple years back and then moved to a pretty small town a few months ago. I have never had a better experience in the medical system. Socialized healthcare is not the scary thing people think it is. I haven't even had to wait that long for appointments.

Checking on my health insurance shit cause I have an appointment coming up and rely on WA medicaid and, you know, who knows how long that's gonna be "allowed". Literally teared up when I saw the entirity of my last ER visit was paid for by insurance. I wish everyone could be so lucky.
