So i agree it shouldn’t be allowed whenever possible, because there’s just not really a good way to do it.
Only exception I’d think is if it’s physically not possible to have the kid go to a school, which brings its own whole host of problems.

Gonna be honest i was homeschooled from 5th to college, cause the priv school at the time had no idea what to do with me at the level i was learning and straight handed me over to my parent. But yeah it def fucked me up socially and mentally, so while mine wasnt a cover for abuse i know a lot are

Visa is easy but you have to trick the phone tree with Mastercard
1. select option that you have a card
2. select option to for account info
3. press a few random buttons when asked to give ur card, wait until it transfers you to an agent
4. Request to file a complaint abt discriminatory practices

I got through to Mastercard and the supervisor I spoke to said they're actually aware of this, they've received multiple calls and it's been escalated to their global HQ and they're awaiting a response. KEEP CALLING!!
