Just a white reply guy from Pittsburgh. Ally. Politics (hard lefty). Sports. Music. Random stuff.
Those same people think all of the smartest people are in the US, so they actually believe they're the two smartest people on the planet.

One to Grow On took the friendly approach, Knowing is half the battle tried to scare you straight, He-Man said I'm just gonna punch in the face till you listen.

Trump's roll back of DEI took the She-Ra reruns off air.

There are certainly other influences, but I'd argue that's true of all modern food. Gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, po' boys, blackened fish all were created in Louisiana.

Cajun cooking, southern soul food, Philly cheese steaks, buffalo wings...

This is all true, as it is on all of his solo albums I believe. I heard him say somewhere that he did the solo albums because he needed a few of them to not have democratic decisions made on them. But they all have the HB feel to them.

I agree, one of my favorite albums ever. But there is possibly a disqualifier here. This isn't Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. His first solo album is Full Moon Fever, which was only released 5 years before this one.

My favorite Aerosmith album. The hits are great, but the title track and Uncle Salty are a big reason I keep coming back.

I don't know man, I'm seeing more of Bea Arthur.

Trump and Musk could both have been taken out on financial crimes long ago. The only problem is you'd lose about 75% of Congress for those same crimes. It's all one big club and you ain't in it. To quote the great GC.

A dozen or so good songs. I went to a show reluctantly once and I was very impressed with the musicianship.

I'm against the death penalty, but it's funny that Texas picked this guy to spare when they kill more than anyone and this should be an open and shut case.

Lol "Leftwing" Democrats never get to choose. We did make a mistake in boosting him, but he was lying and we could've never made him happen all by ourselves. Lamb wouldn't have done anything anyway. He'd be another Schumer with less power.

Psst. Hey kid, the dem voices of the last decade have been an utter failure, destroyed by one of the dumbest presidents ever, which btw many of these voices were involved in losses to another one of the dumbest presidents at the beginning of the century. Maybe we shouldn't listen to them anymore.

Damn, if I didn't know any better, I'd think they were being run by a war criminal.

I've been there. You can't argue with a City of Pittsburgh trash can, it just won't move.
March 16, 2025 at 8:53 PM
Man the signs are telling me this is our next mayor. It's like 20 to one all around me.
March 15, 2025 at 9:07 PM
Both parties have been bought and paid for for decades unfortunately. Trump has put it in to warp speed, but this is where we've been headed for a long time.
March 15, 2025 at 9:05 PM
You're so weak. Such a big disappointment from a decade ago.
March 15, 2025 at 9:02 PM
It's been more and more true since at least 1980. Reagan changed the game, both parties shifted fiscally right and became completely subservient to their big donors.
March 15, 2025 at 8:51 PM
Thinking it over, that 80's hair band era is extremely durable. Maybe they were fake partying? 🤷

Any kind of empathy at all and it's easy to understand why people growing up in Africa, Asia and South America would hate this country.
