Do SAAS salespeople understand how bizarre it is for an existing customer to receive an email saying (paraphrasing) “you can make our product more secure by paying $x extra!”

NYC during the holidays is pretty neat.

In an Uber heading to the airport, in the usual morning rush hour traffic. About halfway there and the elderly driver asks if it’s ok to put in some music. “Sure, whatever you like to drive to”

He proceeds to put on EDM/techno.
