This week marks the 2nd anniversary of the BILH Heart Transplant Program—2 yrs of teamwork & life-saving care. One moment we’ll never forget? This spring, a patient married in the ICU before receiving a new heart. It was a moment that reminded us of what we’re working for. ❤️
