There is no place for this type of evil in America, and as I told the Governor yesterday, we must stand united against hatred and violence.

Last year, we lost a fearless leader and advocate for equal pay when we lost Lilly Ledbetter. Her relentless advocacy for women to be treated with dignity and paid what they deserve inspired us all.

I can only imagine the relief and joy that Keith's family must be feeling today. For more than a year, my team and I met with his family, including his wife Aviva who was once a hostage herself.
