#BicyclesRecycle - helping make the world a happier, healthier place to live. With bikes. And #cycling.
Some things in life deserve a second chance. A #bicycle is one that does.

(Bikes are still considered one of the best inventions, ever.)
A special Art bike for a young victim, who lived surrounded by thieving drug addicts, that had her previous #bicycle stolen (one we'd given her).
The kids were all excited to get to meet a real Rock Star responsible for the replacement #bike, and she truly loved what she got.
A really "Rawk On" day!

It was known for bicycles of higher quality and lower weight than other #bicycles of its time.
Victor was the flagship.

The realization of resonance is when something obviously very cool is embraced by the young among us as a high point of human ingenuity and has achieved a certain universality of desirability.

Thank you, VanDerPollo, for sharing this insight.
Very cool #bicycles are very cool the world over.
Proof.
In the '70s, we had in Italy those cycles with rear suspension and the latter had also ammos on front fork

Though these once giants of retail are pretty much gone,
these really cool #bicycles they sold still live on.
(And some, if in great shape are worth small fortunes!)

Over half a century hence bikes are still some of the best gifts ever - gifts as exciting next Christmas as this one.
Happy Holidays!

A dandy #bicycle given a needy starving artist who had a car breakdown.
This kept him going. Life-saving.
(Our founder can relate. He's a starving artist, too, but is creative enough to do this amazing Project with virtually no resources, no grants, no tax dollars, rare donations.)

The clock's always ticking.
There are no do-overs when it comes to having a happy childhood.
Kids deserve to have happy childhoods.
Not just kids who have families that can afford nice things, like bicycles.
Bicycles are some of the best memories of a lifetime.
Think back to yours.
Isn't that true?

In the 1950's a whole lot of #bicycle dreaming was going on.

Every youngster has "wheels in his head" at Christmas time. Tiny tykes dream of trikes. Teeners? They dream of biking gaily off to school―wheeling off to healthful fun and frolic.
There it stands―his dream come true. What a sturdy beauty.

"To men, the bicycle in the beginning was merely a new toy, another machine added to the long list of devices they knew in their work and play. To women, it was a steed upon which they rode into a new world," regaled Munsey’s Magazine in 1896.

Even today, the #bicycle is #freedom.

Junk food and a sedentary lifestyle are killing people unnecessarily — at ever younger ages.
Obesity rates vary by sex, race and especially by age — affecting nearly 80 percent of adults over 70.
A new study predicts that 260,000,000 in US will be overweight or obese by 2050.

This turkey has taken that to heart.

If society wants to banish racism, bigotry, gender discrimination, a common denominator is needed, something that unites, rather than divides.
#Bicycles are one of the best tools.
All kids love #bikes: grrls and boys - whether black, white, brown, red, yellow...
