Very nice day to be out riding. Unfortunately winds picked up W -> E which made for a workout in some spots. Hit a hi of 26mph and a low somewhere about 8mph heading into the wind.

Today is the day of the tournament here in Colorado. Its going to be a great day for those competing. Good skill to all competing and to new friends and renewed acquaintances.

Last stick sparring session in the books. Regional tournament this Saturday (11/15) is going to be fantastic, meeting new people and reconnecting with others. Great job Josh Price and Tarrah this evening. You both are killing it!

Great night last night live stick sparring with Josh Price and Tarrah. It was fantastic of Mr. Christopher Snarr to host with his crew (Jonathan and Amy Zabloudil ). I hope everyone had as much fun as i did.

Great opportunity working with Josh Price in reviewing all yellow, orange, and purple belt sparring combinations along with many forms and sets in preparation for testing for purple belt. Colorado Regionals in WEKAF stick fighting is just 2+ weeks away.

As much as try riding to help clear my mind and my heart, some people i just cannot seem to remove. It was a nice relaxing ride on a Friday afternoon in October. I just wish I did not have to constantly remind myself even when i still love them.

Great evening live stick sparring with Josh Price and Tarrah using both solo olisi and doble olisi for one minute rounds. They did a total 6 rounds each. Today's intensity is pushing us to be ready for November 15th. Great job everyone!

Not a bad to ride. Lights at US34 and Boise are terrible, the cause of almost 7 extra minutes. Ugh! Its takes its toll on speed...

Needed international kenpo class today. Busy mind trying to focus of too many things craves a quieting that only kenpo can give. As always a great class by Master Jamie Seabrook.
