Deleted Facebook entirely today and also deleted all social media apps from my devices. Allowing myself limited access to Bluesky via web browser on computer only. I am also rereading this book as I conduct a 4 week digital detox. Highly recommended for anyone looking to reduce their screen time. 😊

Day one of the Trump/Musk presidency and I’m already finding myself compelled to take action. I was able to spontaneously protest for about 10 minutes outside of the Tesla store at U Village before security moved me along (U Village is technically private property), but it was worth it.
