And faith was a personal, private matter… not distorted, cruel and politicized. www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-i...

Would have been really nice if this had been exposed & hammered home to the public between 2018⬇️ and 2021 when the opportunist Kevin McCarthy rehabilitated this scumbag.

I want tough and consistent coverage of Ds who pretend they are extracting good policies, but are really damaging folks long term.
SEPTA and transit are about the economic health of an entire region and he FAILED.

April: “the president also teased the idea that income taxes could be "substantially reduced" or even "completely eliminated" as a result of his tariffs”

This entire article is about closure of obstetrics in rural Texas… but fact that wind industry is giving these rural areas tax revenue to even build & invest in small town is HUGE.

The general public receive no Townhall primers on future of clean energy & lower costs. Legislative malpractice.

The by product of opportunistic politicians pretending to listen, run for office, and only pass bills requested by the lobby groups & corporations who wrote them.

Well past time to counter the “government should be run like a business” rhetoric with facts about what 50% of folks earn in America.

Capitulation and pandering to MAGA will solve ZERO problems you were sent to solve.

State I was born and raised in requires LEADERSHIP NOT 🤷‍♂️ now I will focus on another country & AIPAC donors.

Instead having drive to go out on the road in their districts & EXPLAIN to voters what has been going on with all this corruption and diversion of taxpayer 💸 , they choose to embrace “anger = voter turnout so Ds win” methodology of a political party with deep seated rot.

The laziness of incumbency

Not just primary candidates of the type that fight for local needs and funds returned that invest in those needs.

But LEADERSHIP - are not from old guard neoliberal (now called “abundance”) keep moving to the right until the economic plan is trickle down - more central US & working class.

We have already lost, China has leaped while American voters do not just cling to the past, but transfer vast sums of wealth to militarize and isolate itself.
November 9, 2025 at 1:03 AM
Not sure when Americans are going to get their priorities straight.

Our budget expenditures reflect the values of a nation in decline.

“As regional variation in party labels has fallen, this has seriously disadvantaged the party associated with urban voters.”
Why the national brand needs to stop having the House and Senate leadership from NY or SF.

Much like taxpayer $ went thru a convoluted process to subsidize poverty wages paid by rich corps diversion for “shareholder value” with GAP FUNDING w/ SNAP + farm to food banks…

Health “insurance” is a taxpayer slush fund to an industry not really in the business of providing medical care.
November 2, 2025 at 1:15 AM
Exactly.

The corrupt MAGA leadership gutted programs for working Americans and poor children.
They ignored the people who voted for an administration to lower costs of healthcare.
NOW redirected tax $ to have the largest police state in history.
Went from Afghanistan & Iraq wasteful plunder to ⬇️

We DON’T PAY FOR HEALTHCARE!

We pay insurance premiums w/ large copays, deductibles, exclusions & ever shrinking medical provider list.

While the wealthy have concierge care.

It‘s a 3 tier design➡️
1. wealthy unlimited access
2. work provided minimal access
3. emergency room + debt laden access

Learn to fight for ALL Americans who need AFFORDABLE health care, food, a safe work environment and not to be physically attacked by military forces on streets across the country.

Thune has choices. He just serves his master. You seem okay with that.

But I thought we had all voted to travel back in time and recreate the pre-Depression era where Gilded Age “entrepreneurs” knew best.

Before there were minimum work hours, job safety oversight and pollution so bad you could chew the air you breathed.

You know, the good times.

Wait until they make Christianity the state religion.

They will have fully destroyed all he worked for.
