I can’t in good conscience vote for you or @markwarner.bsky.social in the primaries the next time you come up for re-election. You’ve let VA suffer for nothing if you let this through, especially in NoVA. You’re capitulating after the whole state supported Dems, and you’ve thrown it in our faces

I suggest you go speak to @kaine.senate.gov directly and call him out publicly and by name for supporting this nonsense because otherwise I have no interest in voting for either of you the next time there’s a primary. You‘ve both let VA suffer, and very acutely, for nothing otherwise

That’s before I reckon with the ethics of using a thing for ghost efficiency that is pretty societally devastating.
