I needed physical therapy after being diagnosed via X-ray with a lumbar spinal issue, but it never materialized. Last week, the pain was severe enough to visit an ED where a CT scan and MRI was ordered. I look forward to the new PCP making the referral for physical therapy. Circumvent the system.
