Have you tried the 5 step thing? I find even if it’s a constant anxious it relieves it for a bit at least. Also I reccomend sour candy it helps reset your brain so when you do the taste step pop a candy in and boom reset. Hope your day gets better❤️

I made it to season 8 people called it quits after the season 7 premiere that was a big one and I know when I stopped a lot of people did too. You gotta make it through season 5 because man that season was good for Daryl and Beth content lol

I also really like fire country. I work forest fires and I love a show that actually covers them even if it’s a whole mess it’s just so crazy and fun
