That’s valid! I feel that way sometimes too. It would be nice if people understood biological sex & gender. But because it’s not widely understood, it gets brought up a lot.

Discussing intersex people helps to establish the non-binary nature of biological sex and to distinguish biological sex from gender.
Hence making the argument that as Biological sex != Gender, transgender people shouldn’t be invalidated for their gender as it doesn’t match their biological sex.
