Anyways… rambling because these past 2 weeks have been extremely bad and I’m getting desperate

Whenever my sister isn’t working she literally wakes up and waits a few hours to be “acceptable” to go back to bed to have a “nap” (the “” it’s because that nap usually takes 4 to more hours lol)
I’m not as bad as her but I think it’s because I have hobbies lol

It’s so frustrating to feel exhausted and think “it’s fine, I’ll go to bed earlier today and tomorrow I’ll feel better” and it either doesn’t make a difference or I have the worst night of sleep of the week lol
My mom and sister suffer from the same thing, so I do know it’s somehow genetic ugh
