People holding positions that require Senate confirmation should not be able to "hand over control" to anyone who hasn't been confirmed by the Senate except for a limited time during confirmation of a replacement when they resign.

What? It is already despicable how "undocumented" immigrants are being treated in this country. They party billions of dollars in taxes. So they are actually documented, by the IRS. Now this documentation will be used against them?
