They did hold the scar together pretty good so I could do the exercises they made me do from day one without worry, but taking them out was not so nice. What kind do you have?

I know it’s a hard road, but keep going and do dose exercises at home too. Have they taken the metal stitches out yet? Keep a painkiller back for that one.
