Even if our democracy somehow survives...even if the orange somehow leaves the White House in 2029...the trauma of the last six months and the damage that has been done to our historically great country - PEOPLE ARE NOT OKAY. AND IT NEEDS TO BE OK TO EXPRESS THAT.

It's incredibly depressing when every day brings the cloud of "I'm not good enough" - and creates a viscous cycle where the dreaded annual performance review had me on the brink of tears.

It's incredibly worrying when the safety net that I needed to get to where I am has been destroyed - not only for my future, but for the people my job serves;
It's incredibly aggravating when having toxic people run the country and toxic masculinity worshipped...keeps bringing out the worst in me;
