It's raining a lot here as we hurtle towards winter and Paddy has been sleeping hardcore, all the time, atop me. No kidding, he was here for almost twelve hours in my lap, only moving for food, drink and to pee. My legs are numb!!!

I'm slowly coming back from a very nasty stress induced crash out. Lasted far too long, it was a long spiral down with a sharp drop. Pulling myself back together to get on with things, first step was convincing myself to open my laptop!

I haven't written anything for months.
Life has been throwing stuff at me left and right and it's knocked all the wind out of me!
I have ideas, and I might even rewrite one of my old fics -and- dabble in another fandom, just to try and get my mojo back.
I'm tired of 2025 already orz, roll on '26!

I haven't written anything for months.
Life has been throwing stuff at me left and right and it's knocked all the wind out of me!

It's taken weeks, but she's home. She suffered delirium and an infection in a wound from falling (concussion and head gash) that was called 'lethal' and only responded to experimental antibiotics... If it hadn't, well... ... She's home though. She's here. And I still can't sleep from stress buildup!
Life has been so hard here. My mother is currently in hospital, has been for two weeks, and likely up to months more. The stress I'm under is unbelievable. But at least my darling #Paddy is here, loving me, even when I wake screaming from stress/anxiety nightmares.
Life... It just. Goes on. X

Hello lovelies, I suffered a very traumatic fall yesterday, ended with several injuries but the worst is my right knee! It hurts like crazy and bless poor #Paddy, all he wants is nighttime cuddles with his mummy but he's big, hefty and keeps standing on my knee x.x
