Feeling like this is not good and should not be normal. If you feel like you have to suppress joy, consider who is putting that restriction on you and remove them from your life because that’s not a healthy relationship. Don’t lash out and vote for facsists though.

Men, is it sissy to feel happiness?

Assuming about 72 million people enrolled in Medicaid, that’s more than double the 3% estimate of the people theoretically targeted by this provision.

This is his interview with Derek Thompson. They have some differences in policy, but I don’t think these issues around abundance unique to the left or center. It can be a unifying platform.

From his interview with NYT. It supports the whole point that for most promoting abundance, it has never been contrary to a strong public approach to housing, only the strawman version of it attacked by the left.

“Real Estate Investor” of course Mike likes the level of housing we have now.

Obviously this isn’t sprawling subarbs, but this should be built up way more given proximity to downtown. Even if it’s coastal cities, it’s some of the largest cultural and economic hubs in the country. There are benefits to having people live close to each other.

I don’t think the article is a fair critique. Like this point below is absurd. It is plain as day that San Fransisco has way too low density and that is caused by single family zoning. Like just look at an overhead picture of the city, it’s obvious.

Cutting federal subsidies for child care is trying to *force* parents to stay home. A $5,000 tax credit does not replace even a minimum wage job. Also, single family housing on federal land, near what jobs? They hate WFH?

I’ve been forcing myself to read these NYT “Indepenent” Trump voter focus groups. It’s a real reminder of how frustrating the median voter is. Don’t forget we’re in a bubble.
