I work as a Social Worker in a Nursing Home. 18% of our residents have no family at all. We, the staff, are their RPs (Responsible Parties). I am so afraid for all my residents.

I think all of us who are NOT federal employees should send emails and flood them

I’m a Social Worker at a. Nursing Home and every 3 months I have to ask those questions. To be fair, some residents have been here so long they have sock, bed, blue memorized. I can say, “Hey Ms. Resident how are you today?” And she will reply, “sock,bed, blue.”
