I agree with you. I am also working in Chitwan to provide health education and housing to 18 orphan girls, as I have written in my bio. And it is natural that I would see such a scene in a place with a population of 30 million.

In our country, Nepal, a child grows up and studies in the arms of his/her parents until he/she is 18 years old. A child sucks his/her mother's milk for 4/5 years. A child grows up in the arms of his/her own mother and father.

Nepali people are mostly emotional. Here, parents are not usually cruel and evil. They can sacrifice their bodies for their children. The relationship between the two parties is usually strong.

When their parents are old, their own children should take care of them. All expenses should be taken care of by the son or daughter. Parents are often in the arms of the son during their old age. I think it is good that parents are worshipped as God.
