I'm grateful to co-editors Sean Heath, Henrike Neuhaus, and Thomas Carter for their hard work and support, and contributors Arthur Gaillard, Gwyneth Talley, Julia Haß, Francesco Fanoli and Jasmin Seijbel. Putting together the final manuscript is far easier when the content is so rich and exciting!

In the book, we show how the #digital age has changed #ethnography on #sport, how it affected our methods, our analysis – and most pertinently – our relationship with our interlocutors.
