When this building was built in Chicago a few years ago they saved the facade of the building that was there before - particularly these amazing terracotta eagles.

Rewatching ER and in S7 E14 (2001) and a young kid comes in with measles - one doc didn't believe it was possible. Turned out to be an anti-vaxxer mom. Dr. Finch laments if people stop getting vaccinated then smallpox will be back, polio, measles.

Anyone who is *actually* interested in government efficiency needs to understand this basic truth of the relationship between taxes, development, and services.
