With all my gov flaws, one thing I’m so grateful for them is how they put a lid on the tourism industry, both domestic and international

However, thanks to our government making it difficult for foreigners to buy lands (they cant) and own apartments (which major restrictions), we don’t have to face the same problems that thailand, phillipines and malaysia etc are facing yet
