If you think I would stand here, in the same sweatsuit since yesterday, violently eating boxed Mac and cheese directly out of the pan with a giant ladle of a spoon, like some kind of deranged swamp goblin, well, you’d be absolutely right.

Just finished reading this one. I’m usually hesitant to share what I read, because not every book is for every person, but this one was so good. It made my head spin and I couldn’t put it down. I don’t think I’ve ever empathized with a character so much.

Woke up today to a report of husband being woken up in the middle of the night by “weird chewing noise”. Investigation found kitten gnawing on peacefully sleeping kiddos hair. Received morning hug from kiddo, and this was on his shirt. This kitten is really out here giving free pre-dawn haircuts. 😳
