Kubernetes Pods don’t restart like most people think.
Runtime = Pod → Sandbox → Containers.
Pod is intent, sandbox holds namespaces + IP, containers are processes.
Modern K8s can restart containers without deleting the Pod same IP, sidecars live.
Hence readiness + SIGTERM matter. Building PoC.

I have been reading @cilium.io OSS code base and one thing I learned: How do they maintain 100+ component without any chaos? Their answer is Hive. I have built a small poc on this: github.com/bhargav0605/... Complexity isn’t the number of components, it is about how they are wired.
