A New Mexico resident who has died, tested positive for measles, according to the state health department, marking the second measles-related death in US in over a decade.

The death brings to ten the number of measles cases that occurred in Lea County.

While FDA’s finding that Lilly’s weight loss drug was no longer in shortage effectively bars widespread sales of cheaper copies, the agency will not take any action against the compounding pharmacies within 60 to 90 days of the decision.
