Wow. So this got past reviewers and then published despite being a word salad. Time for a very frank conversation with the editor in chief, complaint to the publisher, and very wide publication of this screwup. Clearly this journal is not worth the paper (electrons) it's printed on.

Not sure which would be worse - losing these publications altogether or having them return as propaganda sources, vetted for party orthodoxy. Bleach cocktail, anyone? Up, with a chloroquine chaser...

Right on - I've noticed the same thing about my 2019. Still well worth it though.

Successful vaccines shift the risk-benefit equation by reducing the number of disease cases while the number of vaccine adverse events remains constant. As a result, safer vaccines such as acellular pertussis and modified vaccinia Ankara were demanded and introduced. Time to do the same for measles?
