Plum pits require a period of cold stratification before they will germinate. Put them in wet paper towel in a ziplock in the fridge for 3-4 months, and they will sprout!

Gosh they're beautiful! 5 of mine are approaching year 3 of training... I also have a honey crisp similar in size to these.
