Back in my day, I watched Josh Allen drop 66 points (and still lose) against UNLV

It was an extremely close vote, that reflected an extremely close race. You could make a compelling argument for either candidate, there's no need to claim that this is "Yankees bias" when Judge had far and away the best bat in baseball this year

Raleigh is a great framer, but other aspects of his defense took a bit of a step back this year. His defense was still great, but not good enough to make up for the gap in hitting, which was massive. Defense is obviously important, but offense is typically more important.

I was surprised to see Tusk crack his list!

Senator Kaine caved and agreed to fund the government without extending ACA subsidies. If the Republicans really cared about opening the government, they could have ended the filibuster and done so without any Democratic support. Kaine and others did nothing but concede for no gains at all

Yup

Hi Senator Kaine! I will lose my health insurance on January 1. Thanks!

"If you hate America you shouldn't be here" he says as he does an entire interview about how much he thinks this country sucks

Kathy Hochul must have been feeling all out of whack from making several savvy political decisions in a row so she had to do this to get back to normal

This is *especially* true for state legislatures. In NH, state legislators make literally $100 a year. So only people rich enough to be able to not work full time are able to hold office

DDHQ called the Georgia races while polls were still open in Atlanta! Just seems very irresponsible and focused more on getting the scoop than being accurate
November 7, 2025 at 6:35 AM
This is funny because not only are you a deeply evil person, you're also not very smart if you think this would work! Being objectively wrong and very loud about it is certainly a choice

Genuinely the most significant Republican victory so far might be the mayoralty of Manchester, NH

Miami's mayor race appears headed for a runoff, but Democratic candidates appeared to receive a majority of the votes.
November 5, 2025 at 1:36 AM
You hyped about the Georgia Public Service Commission results too?
November 5, 2025 at 1:24 AM
I especially love people like James Carville, who make 800,000 dollars a year to come up with ideas like "Democrats should under no circumstances do popular things"

Bill de Blasio is a nice mix of Jimmy Carter (decent man with good values but terrible execution) and Shrek (loveable oaf)
