Critter of the day is a Green Anole 😃
The green anole (Anolis carolinensis) is a small to medium-sized lizard native to the southeastern US. This one is about 6 inches long, with the characteristic slender body, narrow head, sharp nose, and long tail. The top of its body is bright green, gradually becoming light brown on the tail. The underside of their head is white, so the head from the side is green on the top half and white on the bottom. It is sunning itself on the side of a mid century brick railing made from salvaged reddish bricks.
