Well Sacramento, if you don’t spend money clearing leaves from the bike lanes in the weeks before a rainstorm, you spend it a different way.

Not sure how the State screwed up two Christmas tree lightings in a row, but there are a few dozen people here that read the lighting would be at five, but maybe seven now? There’s no ca.gov webpage to say.
