What I don’t get is the newly revised PIA makes it seem *not* voluntary (because “failure” to reply has “consequences”). So is the revised version to an attempt to have the PIA square with Elon’s desire to make responses required? Or an attempt to make prior statements to the court not false?

But doesn’t this edit actually make it sound *less* voluntary by adding the final sentence that contemplates “consequences” for failing to respond? If it were truly “voluntary” there would be no potential adverse consequence for “failing to respond”.

But in all seriousness, the southern boundary of Rockville is Montrose Road, no? So “North Bethesda” is not Rockville, and seems Bethesda does not want to claim it. May be the least bad naming convention, tbh

As an aside. Funny that some thought it was a good omen that Bills-Ravens was on Edgar’s Allan Poe’s bday. The guy was a pedo. Married his first cousin. She was a child at the time- only 13. He was 27. Gross.
