Jeremy will not only be remembered for his impacts on LGBTQ+ youth and the field of LGBTQ+ health, but also for his impacts on his mentees, colleagues, friends, and family. It is our hope that this special issue will serve as one of many ways to remember Jeremy and his career and legacy.

To honor Jeremy's career and legacy, I am working with Drs. Ethan Mereish and Paz Galupo to edit a special issue of Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity focused on LGBTQ+ youth mental health. Please see below for the call for abstracts, which are due by September 15, 2025.

Thanks for sharing this! If someone submits a symposium and it isn’t accepted, will the individual presentations be considered as individual oral presentations (similar to how individual oral presentations will be considered as posters)? Or is it a one shot deal with symposia?
