It pays to be pro union for him. Did what Musk spent against him in the election hurt ?

Not all unions paid the Dems back.

Teamsters union declines to endorse in presidential election, breaking decades of precedent
The decision comes just two days after the union's leaders met with Vice President Kamala Harris and months after they met with former President Donald Trump.

I stand corrected, well partially it was a clean car summit. He should have been invited regardless of what you want to call it.

Pete Buttigieg says he doesn't know why Elon Musk's Tesla wasn't invited to Biden's clean-car showcase
Elon Musk tweeted overnight, "Yeah, seems odd that Tesla wasn't invited" to Biden's clean-car event at the White House alongside Ford, GM and the UAW.

He spent $260 million against you or more. You held an EV meeting and didn’t invite the largest EV marker in the country.

Border policy sucked
Spent too much

Part of his underlying point is you can’t do those things out of power. Which is what is happening now. I don’t think the all-in will meet the growing power needs, though battery storage is improving. An issue for Biden Dems was the lack of embracing of Tesla, a battery storage company. That hurt
December 18, 2025 at 7:09 PM
Right so his point seems like why not straddle both like the Obama administration, ramping up clean, while maintaining oil/gas, and disincentivizing coal. Our energy needs continue to expand and all-in does not seem practical right now, for Dems. And I agree.
December 18, 2025 at 6:12 PM
So are you saying the Obama administration didn’t invest in oil and natural gas, while also ramping up government support for clean energy investments as well? I was under the impression from seeing numbers, they did both.

I think returning to a 1980s Tax recovery rate of 50% might be more appropriate.

I think part of their role is to speak with people in their district and represent those views in discussions.

I can only see Trump in this picture if he was sitting in the center of it, surrounded by them all bearing gifts 🎁 of gold something or other.

They bought the Chappaqua house in 1999!! She won the senatorial election in 2000, how many statewide interests did she have a chance to learn? It was a blue state gift. Again she is a qualified candidate, but I am not letting you hire for our company, if you dismiss Bush 1 over her.
December 10, 2025 at 12:58 AM
I am capturing his resume. She was Secretary of State, did a great job. She was more qualified than her husband when she ran, then when he did. But saying she was more nationally experienced then Bush 1, is just plain <insert swear here>.
December 10, 2025 at 12:54 AM
Plus he fought in WW2 at 18. State wide office my ass.
December 10, 2025 at 12:44 AM
Dude, House of Rep, ambassador to UN, in China embassy, CIA head, VP 8 years, POTUS for 4. Hillary got Pat Moynihan seat in a blue state, one she wasn’t even a resident in for a long time, right after her husband was POTUS. Statewide who gives a damn.
December 10, 2025 at 12:39 AM
But her main focus during that period was health care, which actually flopped. Now she may have learned a fair amount in failure to help her as a Senator, but his original pretense that Bush 1 had more is correct.
December 9, 2025 at 11:55 PM
No he is right, Bush 1 had more experience. She had a decent background but not over Bush 1.

If we just transpose it from right to left, or perhaps read it like Hebrew. Add some Sharpie arrows (now made in America) and it will be fixed.

And the only team to beat him was Lexington his first year.
